It’s so funny this happens from time to time. How do you navigate through such periods? What is described as ‘coping’
Does it mean being able to cope equates to being in control or just riding along with the tide?
Life has a way of throwing the unexpected at us when we least expect them?

Are you in control? or are you coping adequately?
There are unhealthy ways to cope which may offer some temporary relief but does not take the pain away for long neither do they offer any lasting solution.
One thing is sure, problems will come in many guises and shapes, how we cope with these determine whether we are in control or not.
Be on the watchout, we need to be careful to be in control of how we handle the situation lest we slip.
Having a safe haven where we can have a different perspective and tackle the problem differently is important.
Having true friends with whom you share the problem is yet another.
Recognizing when and how to seek for the necessary help is also important.
But more importantly, reassuring yourself that no matter how hard the situation, it will surely pass and become history is crucial to being in control.
Your mindset has to be that of a winner. Say to yourself, ‘I am in control’ no matter what the situation dictates!
